A talented Nigerian man is making headlines after he built a toilet that produces gas for cooking and electricity.
Reports revealed that the man is named Okwudor, and he is an indigene of Njaba local government in Imo state, Nigeria.
Okwudor’s toilet is a locally made Biogas plant, which generates gas for cooking and electricity.

Bekwarra Blog on Facebook Rant HQ shared photos of the young man on-site while he was constructing the toilet that can generate gas for cooking and electricity.
His innovation is portable, long-lasting and a cheaper alternative than having to buy cooking gas at exorbitant prices.
After photos of his innovation flooded social media, many people praised his ingenuity for coming up with such an idea.
Reacting to the news, many netizens urged Nigerians to switch to this biogas toilet and stop spending so much money on gas and electricity.

The 11-year-old boy, identified as Muhammad Kaumi Bashir from Borno state, Nigeria, is still in his first year in high school.
Kaumi Bashir’s curiosity and problem-solving skills led him to fabricate the mini-power generator, as he remains on course to fulfil his dream of becoming an Electrical Engineer.
