He shared photos confirming his registration with Guinness World Record
A Nigerian man and chef, Temitope Adebayo, took to social media to reveal his intention to be a part of the world breaking cook-a-thon event.
The Ibadan based chef is set to begin a 140-hour cook-a-thon in his effort to break the world record for the longest cooking session currently held by Nigeria’s Hilda Baci.
Recall that recently, chef Dammy from Ekiti state announced her intentions to also break Hilda’s record and is currently on her way to finish a 120 hour cook-a-thon.

Nigerian chef aims to cook for 140 hours
The chef made his goals clear over both Chef Dammy and Chef Hilda Baci, who recently finished a 100-hour cook-a-thon on social media.
He also went further to photos of his Guinness World Record registration and the email he had received as confirmation.
In his photos, his 140-hour cooking session has been scheduled to begin on November 1, 2023 in Ibadan, Oyo state.

Meanwhile, Guinness World Records has responded Nigerian chef, Hilda Baci post on Twitter regarding the delay of the verification of her cook-a-thon.
Remember that Baci started the cooking marathon in an effort to beat the record for the longest amount of time spent cooking by a single person.
In order to accomplish this achievement, she worked uninterrupted for four days, breaking the previous mark of 87 hours and 45 minutes set on May 15 by Indian chef Lata Tondon
