Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join their team. The Accountant will play a crucial role in managing their financial operations, supervising and ensuring administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage cash flow and financial transactions.
• Collaborate with auditors during financial audits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Handle administrative tasks efficiently to support smooth operations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 years minimum experience in accounting, including supervisory roles.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., ICAN, ACA) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Administrative efficiency and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the automobile industry is an advantage.
